JUTILA RESEARCH LABORATORY
This newly constructed building has been completed and is in use. The
$2.5 million project created 3,500 square feet of new research space.
This space will be used to study organisms, such as the ones that cause
brucellosis and Q-Fever. It will give MSU students an opportunity to participate in
valuable research and will assist in the continued success of the
Department of Veterinary Molecular Biology.
The facility is named after John Jutila, who was MSU's Vice President
for Research from 1978 to 1990.
